 DIRECTORATES

Directorates are supporting units of Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) which assists the Rector in carrying out management and administrative process in accordance with their duties and functions.

The duties of directorates are:

  1. Managing all management aspects of UNAIR, both functionally and administratively;
  2. Reporting the management process results to the Rector

1. DIRECTORATE OF ACADEMIC AFFAIRS

Duty:

Organizing, planning, developing, coaching, managing and providing administrative services and academic development within UNAIR

Functions:

  1. Perform academic management and administration; and
  2. Perform management and administration of academic development.

2. DIRECTORATE OF STUDENT AFFAIRS

Duty:

Organizing, planning, developing, coaching, managing and providing administrative services, program and welfare of students of UNAIR

Functions:

  1. Management and administration of student programs; and
  2. Management and administration of student welfare.

3. DIRECTORATE OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Duty:

Carry out planning, development, coaching, management and administrative services in the field of human resources in UNAIR.

Functions:

Duty:

Carry out management and administration in the field of infrastructure, occupational health, safety and environments as well as carry out planning, developing, monitoring, providing facilities and infrastructure service, occupational health, safety and environments

Functions:

  1. Facility and infrastructure management and administration; 
  2. Management and administration of occupational health, safety, facilities, infrastructure and the environments

5. DIRECTORATE OF FINANCE

Duty :

Carry out planning, development, coaching, management and administrative services in financial sector within UNAIR.

Functions:

  1. Preparation and evaluation of work plans and budgets;
  2. Checking and examining the draft budget utilization;
  3. Management of revenues and payments;
  4. Preparation of reports on budget implementation and activities in financial sector; and
  5. Preparation of UNAIR financial reports.

  4. Implementation of system integration development.

7. DIRECTORATE OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT, INCUBATION, ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ALUMNI AFFAIRS 

Duty:
To create synergy with related Faculties and Units to produce graduates who are independent, innovative, creative and able to compete at national / global job market as well as creating job opportunities based on religious morality.

Function:

  1. Implementation of the Career and Entrepreneurship Seminar;
  2. Implementation of in-wall and out-wall Entrepreneurship Incubation Activities;
  3. Implementation of UNAIR Alumni Synergy with Faculties and Work Units;
  4. Implementation of Independent Campus Internship Program and BUMN Certified Internship;
  5. Improvement of Employability of Universitas Airlangga Graduates; and
  6. Implementation of Career and Entrepreneurship Counseling for students and alumni
