Human Resources of Universitas Airlangga consist of researcher, lecturer or education staff, students, and academic staff.
Human Resources Directorate Universitas Airlangga provides opportunities to all academic staff, particularly the Human Resources staff, to develop skills related to work requirements of each unit. These training and development programs are expected to improve skills and services of human resources to implement work and performance targets set by Universitas Airlangga.
Innovative culture has been developed in almost all aspects in Universitas Airlangga. UNAIR encourages all academics to innovate in order to optimize individual potentials of every academic staff. Several innovation events for lecturers and academic staff are held regularly in Universitas Airlangga.
